+ What type of truck will my product be delivered on?

Different products and quantities call for different means of delivery. Please refer to this chart to determine how your order will be delivered.

+ How and where will the truck deliver my load?

Where Material is Dropped Off: Safety is our number one priority. In order to safely deliver your material, our drivers need to be positioned on level ground. We can dump/off-load your material where your driveway meets the road, or if safe, our driver can dump on the side of your lawn where it meets the street.

Mason Dump Truck & Triaxle: For both Mason Dump Trucks and Triaxles, material is dumped using a truck bed that is elevated and tipped back. This requires level ground.

Tractor Trailers: Tractor trailers require significantly more room to maneuver than Mason Dumps and Triaxles. Tractor trailer loads are typically used for commercial deliveries where space is not an issue, however, we can deliver to homeowners using a tractor trailer setup provided there is ample space to maneuver.

Flatbed: Our Flatbed trailer is equipped with a moffet attachment (mobile forklift). Our driver will use the moffet to unload material and place on where your driveway meets the road.

+ Can I instruct your driver where to dump/off-load?

Our drivers will try their best to accommodate where you’d like material delivered. We do, however, require the homeowner to sign a liability waiver if our driver is asked to deliver anywhere outside of the typical drop off area (i.e. where the driveway meets the road, or on side of lawn where it meets the street). Note that this is subject to our drivers discretion, regarding safety to dump/off-load material.

We do not allow our trucks to ride onto lawns to dump for safety and liability reasons.
